We will continue to work on the Zones of Regulation and apply what we have learnt so far about identify our emotions and possible trigger, but for the next few weeks will look at an important part of our PSHCE programme: Keeping Myself Safe.


This week, we will start by looking at Dangers, Risks and Hazards. Look at the slides below and then have a go at the activity sheet. If you would like to, you could discuss the challenge pictures with an adult at home and think about whether what is shown in each picture is dangerous, hazardous or risky. You could also think of ideas for how you could keep yourself safe in these different situations.
