School Trips

Hale Farm Visit

 

 

Mr and Mrs Belcher have very kindly invited us to visit their farm to see the calves and lambs. We will be walking to the farm , visiting the animals and then walking back to school for a picnic lunch.

Trip Details:

When : Wednesday 22 April 2026

Time: 9:10am – 11:40 am

Clothes: PE Kit with waterproof trousers, waterproof coat and Wellies.

Picnic: Packed lunch-  Please bring in a packed lunch and water bottle for your child. Include a sandwich, fruit snack and a small treat. If you are unable to provide a packed lunch, please speak to your class teacher.

Be Aware – It is advised that women who are, or think they may be pregnant, should avoid close contact with sheep and lambs during lambing season due to infection risks. For this reason the children will not be touching the animals but will be observing them in their pens. We will ensure that the children wash their hands when they leave the farm.
