Volunteering in School
We welcome applications from volunteers interested in supporting the school. The Volunteer Policy below outlines the expectations of volunteers in school and includes an application form that must be used. Regular volunteers will need references, a DBS, safeguarding training and must adhere to school policies, including signing the Code of Conduct for Volunteers.
Key policies for volunteers to be aware of are shown below. If there are any updates to these policies, volunteers will be contacted to make them aware.
Any visitors to school, including volunteers, who have a safeguarding concern must inform the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Mrs Amy Pearce (Headteacher). If unavailable then one of the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads can be contacted: Mrs Maritza Agudelo (SENCo), Mrs Sarah Launchbury-Rainey (Deputy Headteacher), Mrs Louisa Fanstone (Deputy Headteacher).
