Homework
Reading: Please read with your children regularly. We use VIPERS in School to analyse the text. (Vocabulary, Inference, Prediction, Explain, Retrieval, Summarise). There are some example questions at the bottom of this page which you may like to use with your child when reading.
Your child will change their reading book at least once per week but please let us know if your child needs to change their reading book more often.
Spellings: Spellings are below. We won't formally test these spellings each week but will monitor progress during our English lessons and through your child's writing.
Maths: Please regularly go onto Times Table Rockstars. Look out for any challenges that we might set.
Topic: In certain terms, the children are set a homework project. You can find a letter below about this term's homework project.
