Maths
We use Version 3 of White Rose maths for teaching from nursery up to Year 6.
We currently have mixed year groups in R/1, 2&3 and 4&5. To support learning of maths, the children in these year groups are taught in the following classes daily for maths:

We have developed our own curriculum for these mixed year groups, using White Rose Version 3 objectives.
Mastering Number
We use the NCETM Mastering number programme in Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3. This aims to secure firm foundations in the development of good number sense for all children. The aim over time is that children will gain fluency in calculation and a confidence and flexibility with number. Attention is given to key knowledge and understanding needed in Reception classes, and progression through KS1 to support success in the future.

Reception
Reception teachers plan using NCETM Mastering Number Programme for daily maths bursts. In addition to this, White Rose maths is used for geometry.
Times Table Rocks Stars
TTRS is used by children in KS2 to support learning of times tables facts.

We signpost parents to the White Rose APP for children to practise key skills at home.
